• Contact phone number and email 
• Payment information 
• Social media links (if provided)
   

We use your information strictly for the following purposes:

• To verify your identity and/or venue (for promoters)
•  To process your membership application
•  To contact you with updates about your application or membership 
• To maintain group safety, accountability, and professionalism 
• To communicate with you in response to inquiries or updates
•  

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Your information is stored securely and is only accessible by Verified Vendor Events™ administrators for verification and administrative purposes. We take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your data.

All payment transactions are processed securely via Zelle. Verified Vendor Events™ does not store your banking or financial credentials.

• Personal information shared within the group must remain private.
•  Screenshots or reposts of group content, including event listings, comments, and discussions—are strictly prohibited.
•  Members may not share or distribute any content from the Verified Vendor Events™ group outside of the platform without written permission.
   

As a member, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
•  Request a correction or deletion of your data 
• Withdraw from the group or cancel your membership at any time
  (Note: Membership fees are non-refundable.)
   

Verified Vendor Events™ reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify members of significant changes by email or by posting in the Facebook group.
