FAQ QUESTIONS

 

1. What is a vendor member in Verified Vendor Events™?

A vendor member is a business owner or seller who joins our verified community to access legitimate, reviewed event opportunities posted by verified promoters.


2. What does vendor membership include?

Vendor membership gives you access to all verified event postings, the ability to communicate with promoters, and a safe, monitored space free from scams, impersonation, or fake events.


3. How much does vendor membership cost?

Vendor membership is $12 per year, 

which is only $1 per month.


4. How long is vendor membership valid?

Your membership is valid for one full year from the date you join. After one year, you may renew through the website.


5. What can vendors do inside the Facebook group?

Vendors may view verified event listings, comment on event posts, ask promoters questions, and access opportunities that have been vetted and approved.


6. Can vendors post events in the group?

No. Only verified promoters may post events. Vendors may comment on posts but cannot create new posts.


7. How do vendors communicate with promoters?

You can comment directly on event posts or contact the promoter using the information provided in the listing. All communication remains between the vendor and the promoter.


8. How do I know an event posted in the group is legitimate?

Every event undergoes identity verification and venue confirmation before it is shared. If it is posted in the group, it has been reviewed and validated.


9. What does “verified promoter” mean?

A verified promoter is someone who has completed our identity confirmation and whose event details have been validated with a real venue.


10. How does verification protect vendors?

Verification removes guesswork. It ensures you interact only with real promoters hosting real events at real venues, greatly reducing your risk.


11. Can vendors ask questions on event posts?

Yes. Vendors are encouraged to ask questions directly on the event post or reach out to the promoter for more details.


12. Are event details guaranteed to be accurate?

Event information is verified before posting, but vendors should always ask additional questions if needed. Verified Vendor Events™ ensures legitimacy, not event performance or turnout.


13. How many events are typically shared for vendors each year?

We expect more than 50 - 100 verified event opportunities per year, with new listings posted as soon as they are reviewed.


14. Are virtual events allowed for vendors?

No. Virtual events are not allowed.


15. Do vendors pay booth fees to Verified Vendor Events™?

No. All booth fees and event payments go directly to the promoter, not to Verified Vendor Events™.


16. How do vendors pay booth fees for events?

Vendors pay the promoter directly using the payment methods the promoter provides. Verified Vendor Events™ does not handle payments for events.


17. Does Verified Vendor Events™ get involved in disputes between vendors and promoters?

No. We verify legitimacy but do not mediate disagreements. Vendors should communicate directly with promoters to resolve concerns.


18. What happens if a vendor violates group rules?

Any violation may result in removal from the group without a refund. Compliance with rules is mandatory.


19. Are vendor memberships refundable?

No. Vendor membership fees are non‑refundable, regardless of circumstances.


20. Can vendors upgrade to promoter membership later?

Yes. Vendors may upgrade to promoter status by completing the promoter verification process and paying the promoter membership fee.


21. Do vendors receive notifications when new events are posted?

Yes, Facebook will notify you when new posts appear, depending on your notification settings.


22. Do vendors need to complete verification?

Vendors must complete a basic identity confirmation during registration. Only promoters undergo full venue verification.


23. What information is required from vendors during registration?

Vendors must provide their full name, company name, and a valid email address.


24. Can a vendor have more than one business under one membership?

Membership covers one individual. If you operate multiple businesses, you may list them, but the membership is tied to you as the vendor.


25. Can vendors invite other vendors to the group?

Yes, you may refer other vendors to the website. However, they must complete registration and payment before joining.


26. What types of events are typically available?

Events include craft fairs, vendor markets, festivals, pop‑ups, community events, expos, showcases, and more, depending on promoter listings.


27. What should vendors do if an event they planned to attend gets canceled or changed?

If an event is canceled or modified, the promoter is responsible for notifying all registered vendors. Verified Vendor Events™ does not handle event operations or communications. Vendors should communicate directly with the promoter for updated details, refunds, rescheduling information, or vendor‑specific arrangements.


28. What makes this group safer for vendors than open Facebook groups?

Every promoter is verified, every event is reviewed, and spam and unverified posts are strictly prohibited. You only see real opportunities.


29. Can vendors promote their products in the group?

No. This group is strictly for event opportunities. Product promotions, ads, or unrelated posts are not allowed.


30. How do I cancel my vendor membership?

You may request cancellation or removal at anytime, 

but please note:
Membership fees are non‑refundable.
Your access will remain active until the end of your membership term.
