The Verified Vendor Events™ community was created to provide vendors with access to verified event opportunities in a professional environment built on accountability, transparency, and trust.
These standards help maintain the quality, integrity, and value of membership for all participants.

EVENT POSTING POLICY
Vendors may not create posts, advertise products or services, promote businesses, or submit event advertisements directly within the group.
This process helps ensure that opportunities shared within the community have completed the required review and verification procedures.
VERIFICATION STANDARDS
Only verified events and verified promoters are permitted within the community.
Members should not promote unverified events, promoters, or opportunities.
Any concerns regarding event legitimacy should be reported directly to administration.
Verification by Verified Vendor Events™ does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, recommendation, or warranty of any event, promoter, venue, vendor, product, service, or opportunity.
Members are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before participating in any event or entering into any business arrangement.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Members are encouraged to communicate respectfully and professionally at all times.
Professional conduct includes:

The use of offensive language, harassment, personal attacks, excessive tagging, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
Members who engage in harassment, threats, intimidation, discriminatory conduct, repeated policy violations, or other disruptive behavior may be suspended, removed, or permanently prohibited from participating in the community.
MEMBER CONTENT PROTECTION
Community content is intended exclusively for verified members.
Event flyers, event details, announcements, and other shared information may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, published, or shared outside the community without permission.
This policy helps protect both vendors and promoters while preserving the value of membership.
ACCOUNTABILITY STANDARDS
Each vendor membership is intended for a single individual or business.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate information and complying with all community standards.
Members should remain informed regarding announcements, policy updates, and community notices.
COMMENT GUIDELINES
Comments should remain relevant to the event being discussed.
The following are not permitted:

✗ Solicitation of Services
The community exists to help members locate verified opportunities, not to advertise personal businesses.
REPORTING CONCERNS
Members are encouraged to report concerns involving:

ENFORCEMENT OF COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Verified Vendor Events™ reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, terminate, revoke, or refuse membership to any individual or business that violates community standards, provides false information, misrepresents their status, engages in fraudulent conduct, or otherwise acts contrary to the mission and standards of the organization.
Individuals removed from the community may be denied future membership applications and participation in Verified Vendor Events™ programs, services, activities, and groups.
