Verified Vendor Events™ operates as a membership-based verification and event listing platform.

Our role is to verify promoters, review event information, and provide vendors with access to verified event opportunities. Verified Vendor Events™ does not organize, manage, supervise, sponsor, operate, or guarantee any event listed within the platform.

Verification confirms that information submitted during the review process has been evaluated at the time of approval. Verification does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, guarantee of event success, attendance, sales performance, profitability, safety, or business outcome.

Promoters are solely responsible for the operation, management, staffing, permits, licenses, insurance, event execution, vendor communications, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Vendors are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before registering for or participating in any event.

Verified Vendor Events™ is not responsible for disputes, disagreements, cancellations, refunds, losses, damages, business transactions, or legal matters arising between vendors, promoters, venues, customers, or third parties.

By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that participation in any event is voluntary and at the applicant's own discretion.

The applicant further agrees to release and hold harmless Verified Vendor Events™, its owner, administrators, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal actions arising from participation in any event, business activity, or transaction associated with the platform.

By submitting this application, the applicant confirms that all information provided is accurate and agrees to comply with all membership policies, verification requirements, community standards, and platform guidelines.
