the information provided.

Each vendor and promoter is solely responsible for their own business practices, contracts, event execution, conduct, safety measures, permits, licenses, insurance coverage, staffing, financial transactions, and compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Verified Vendors Events™ is not responsible for disputes between vendors, promoters, venues, customers, or third parties. Any disagreements, claims, losses, damages, or legal matters arising from participation in any event remain the sole responsibility of the participating parties.

By submitting an application and participating on the platform, the applicant agrees to release and hold harmless Verified Vendors Events™, its owner, administrators, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal actions related to event participation or business activities.
