PROMOTER RULES

Promoter participation inside the Verified Vendor Events™ Facebook group is governed by a strict verification system designed to protect the integrity of every event posted. These rules ensure that every promoter is legitimate, every event is confirmed, and every vendor receives truthful, accurate information.

All promoters must follow the rules below. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

1. VERIFICATION IS MANDATORY

✔ Promoters must complete the full verification process before posting any event.
✔ Verification includes identity confirmation and venue validation.
✔ Posting without verification is strictly prohibited.

2. ALL EVENT DETAILS MUST BE ACCURATE

✔ Only events with confirmed venues may be posted.
✔ Dates, times, locations, booth fees, and vendor requirements must be accurate.
✔ Any changes to event details must be reported immediately.
✔ Major changes such as venue or date require re-verification.

3. NO UNVERIFIED OR TENTATIVE EVENTS

✔ Events that are unconfirmed, tentative, awaiting approval, or lacking venue confirmation may not be posted.
✔ Promoters may not advertise events that have not been validated through the verification process.

4. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT IS REQUIRED

✔ Promoters must communicate professionally with vendors at all times.
✔ Promoters must answer vendor questions accurately and in a timely manner.
✔ Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disrespect is not tolerated.

5. NO MISREPRESENTATION

✔ Promoters may not exaggerate event details, vendor turnout, attendance expectations, or venue capacity.
✔ Promoters must provide truthful and accurate information at all times.
✔ Any attempt to mislead vendors may result in removal.

6. NO UNRELATED CONTENT OR SELF‑PROMOTION

✔ Promoters may only post verified event opportunities.
✔ Promotional posts unrelated to events are not allowed.
✔ Personal promotions, unrelated marketing, or product advertising is prohibited.

7. EVENT FLYERS MUST BE ACCURATE

✔ Flyers must reflect the same information submitted during verification.
✔ Flyers must list the correct venue, address, dates, and times.
✔ Flyers containing outdated or incorrect information cannot be posted.

8. PROMOTERS MUST MAINTAIN UPDATED EVENT INFORMATION

✔ If an event changes or is canceled, promoters must notify vendors immediately.
✔ Updated flyers or corrected information must be submitted promptly.
✔ Failure to communicate changes is a violation of promoter rules.

9. PROMOTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR EVENTS

✔ All payments, refunds, booth assignments, and event operations are the responsibility of the promoter.
✔ Verified Vendor Events™ does not handle vendor payments or event management.
✔ Promoters must maintain professionalism in all event‑related transactions.

10. NO SHARING GROUP CONTENT OUTSIDE

✔ Event listings, vendor comments, and internal group posts may not be copied or shared outside the group.
✔ Group content is protected and may not be redistributed without permission.

11. ZERO‑TOLERANCE VIOLATIONS

Any of the following may result in immediate removal without refund:
✔ Posting unverified events
✔ Misrepresenting venue approval
✔ Failing to update vendors about event changes
✔ Disrespectful or unprofessional conduct
✔ Attempting to bypass verification
✔ Posting inaccurate or misleading information

PURPOSE OF PROMOTER RULES

These rules ensure:
✔ A safe and reliable event‑posting system
✔ Protection for vendors and promoters
✔ Accuracy and accountability
✔ A professional, structured community
✔ A trustworthy network of validated event opportunities

Promoter rules must be followed at all times to maintain posting access.
