1. What is a promoter member in Verified Vendor Events™?
A promoter member is an individual or organization that hosts in-person events and has been approved through our verification system to post those events within the Verified Vendor Events™ Facebook group.


2. What does promoter membership include?
Membership includes identity verification, venue validation, the ability to post verified events, and access to a large network of vendors actively seeking legitimate, well-organized opportunities.


3. How much does promoter membership cost?
The promoter membership fee is $24 per year.


4. How long does promoter membership last?
Promoter membership is valid for one year from the date of approval and must be renewed annually to maintain posting access.


5. Why is verification required for promoters?
Verification ensures vendor safety, confirms your legitimacy, and maintains group credibility by preventing fake events, impersonation, or scam activity.


6. What does promoter verification include?
It includes a review of your government-issued ID, confirmation of your identity and contact information, validation of the venue for each event, and verification of all event details.


7. What information is required to apply?
You must provide your full legal name, promoter or business name, current contact information, state-issued ID, venue confirmation, and event details.


8. How long does the verification process take?
Typically within 24–48 hours, depending on the completeness of your application and the number of submissions in the queue.


9. Can I post events before I’m verified?
No. Posting is only allowed after your verification has been fully completed and approved.


10. Can I post more than one event during the year?
Yes. Verified promoters can post multiple events as long as each event is confirmed and complies with all rules.


11. Are tentative or unconfirmed events allowed?
No. Only fully confirmed, in-person events with secured venues may be posted.


12. Can I edit my event after it's posted?
Minor updates may be allowed. Major changes like a new venue, date, or city must go through re-verification before being updated in the group.


13. Are virtual events allowed?
No. Verified Vendor Events™ is focused exclusively on in-person events with confirmed venues. This ensures transparency, builds vendor confidence, and supports accountability.


14. Does Verified Vendor Events™ host or manage events?
No. We do not host or manage any events. All responsibilities — including payments, booth assignments, and logistics — belong to the promoter.


15. Do you collect or handle vendor booth payments?
No. Vendors pay promoters directly. Verified Vendor Events™ is not involved in transactions.


16. Are membership fees refundable?
No. All membership fees are non-refundable once submitted.


17. What happens if I break the rules?
Violations may result in immediate removal from the group and loss of posting privileges, without refund.


18. Can I promote unrelated products or services?
No. Only verified event listings are allowed. Unrelated promotions are strictly prohibited.


19. What happens if my event gets canceled or rescheduled?
You must notify vendors immediately and submit updated information. Failure to update is a rule violation.


20. Can I share group content outside the group?
No. Group posts, vendor comments, and any shared information must remain within the group.


21. Can I operate more than one brand under one membership?
One promoter membership covers one individual or organization. Multiple brands may require additional review and approval.


22. Will Verified Vendor Events™ help me find vendors?
We offer a verified vendor audience, but do not guarantee vendor participation or attendance.


23. Can I lose access to post events even after I’m approved?
Yes. If you violate rules or fail to uphold verification standards, your access may be revoked.


24. How do I renew my promoter membership?
You can renew your membership directly through our website before your current term expires.


25. Can I refer vendors to join the group?
Yes! Vendors must complete their own registration and approval to gain access.


26. Is my verification information kept private?
Yes. All verification materials are kept strictly confidential and used solely for administrative purposes.


27. Can I join the group without being a promoter?
No. You must complete promoter verification to post events. General members and vendors cannot post.


28. How often can I post my event?
Promoters may post one event per day. If you post another event, your previous event post will be automatically deleted to avoid confusion and clutter.


29. What makes Verified Vendor Events™ different from open Facebook groups?
Verified Vendor Events™ is a private, members-only group where every promoter is verified, every event is vetted, and all content is monitored.


Because vendors know the group is trusted and professionally managed, they are more likely to join and commit quickly to events posted by verified promoters. This reduces hesitation and builds stronger promoter-vendor relationships.
