 PROMOTER MEMBERSHIP

Promoter membership provides access to the Verified Vendor Events™ Facebook group as a trusted event host authorized to post vendor opportunities. Only verified promoters are allowed to post events in the group, ensuring that every listing is legitimate, every venue is confirmed, and every vendor receives accurate information.

This membership protects the integrity of the group, reduces scams, and increases vendor trust and response rates for your events.

Access to Event Support Services:
Promoters can access support services including vendor contract creation, professionally designed flyers, event setup assistance, organizational support, advertising, and marketing strategies. These services are available to help you enhance the overall quality and success of your event.   (Fees may apply for support services.) 

WHAT PROMOTERS CANNOT DO
✔ Promoters cannot post without completing the verification process
✔ Promoters may not post unverified, tentative, or misleading events
✔ Promoters cannot share group content outside of the group
✔ Promoters may not advertise unrelated products, services, or events
✔ Promoters must follow all group rules and maintain professional conduct 

    at all times

Violations of these policies may result in removal from the group and loss of posting privileges without refund.

PROMOTER MEMBERSHIP FEE
Promoter membership is $24 per year. (Only $2 a month)

This fee supports the systems that maintain the group’s integrity, including:

✔ Event vetting and validation
✔ Application review and fraud prevention
✔ Monitoring, enforcement, and administrative operations
✔ Professional platform structure to attract committed vendors

Membership fees are non-refundable.

HOW TO JOIN
All promoter memberships are completed directly through the website.

How to Join

1. Complete the promoter membership application through the

    Verified Vendor Events™ website

2. Submit the required verification information for review

3. Applications are reviewed within 24 to 72 hours. Some promoter 

     applications may require additional verification and may take longer 

     to process

4. Approved promoters will receive payment instructions on March 1,

    2026. Once payment is received, posting access and participation

    instructions will be provided
 

All approved promoter payments are made through Zelle only, which is used to confirm your identity and valid U.S. bank account. Posting is not permitted until verification and payment are complete.
